Beachfront property with pluses and minuses”
Pluses: Fantastic location, beach facing rooms, curated gardens, simply beautiful. The restaurant is fabulous, great buffet spread for all meals, really tasty food, the service staff absolutely wonderful. Minuses: The shower design has a half-door but a full sized rainshower that wets the area outside the shower in a big way - a big bothersome issue for people like me who like non-shower area dry. The shower drain in our room was awful and worsened the situation. For the price, one might expect a bigger room. We had asked for a third bed but had to wait a long time to get it set up at night. Even though we paid for a third bed, the housekeeping only kept 2 towels each day, and on one day just one towel. The tennis court wasn't functional. The snooker table was missing balls. The outdoor chess piece is a nice touch but could be kept cleaner. The outside lounge chairs are another nice touch, but could be kept cleaner. Parts of the hotel are under construction too!

I have raised a dispute about payment with this hotel . The room was filthy, the hotel was undergoing major refurbishment ! It was simply horrible and I could not stay at the hotel. We moved down the road to the very acceptable Taj Gateway in Visag. The bill here was much the same as you charged for the Park. I have raised a complaint to you and have raised a dispute with AMEX. you will be hearing from them .

Terribly old & dilapidated rooms and marketed as a premium hotel. There seems to be some renovations to celebrate their upcoming 50 years, but it definitely looks as old! There are many better options out there in the same location.
Property”
Excellent beach property. The swimming pool area, with wood fired pizzas and live singing was just too good. The area overlooking the beach was one of the best in India that i have stayed in
