Corrupt Shake Down” 

Had my door busted open and had police and hotel security try and scare me and shake me down for money . Stay away 

Pretty expensive, but pretty good” 

The staff were helpful, even with little things like opening doors for you. They tend to smile and be of assistance, which makes a difference. Breakfast was something of a let-down, though - not much choice. The room, whilst small, was comfortable, and there was a bath, which is always a nice thing, in my opinion. 

Well located in the centre of town” 

Huge old hotel badly in need of updating. Pool is fine, but run by outside contractors so open the hours they dictate. Parking in front of the hotel is also separate and quite expensive. Staff seemed to be disinterested. Travel concession man was positively rude when asked a simple question. If you have to stay in Bourgas this is probably as good as it gets. I won't return to the town nor the hotel. 

Feels as though it is still under the control of the former Soviet Union” 

The hotel itself is old fashioned and badly needs a facelift. The staff are polite but not very warm or welcoming. The lavatory on the ground floor requires payment to a stern faced guard and the swimming pool is managed by an outside company so is open when they feel like it - currently it says between 2.30pm and 8.pm. I asked for a non smoking room with double bed and the first room smelled badly of smoke, even though I was told that all the rooms are non smoking. It took until the fourth showing before I was given a room with a double bed. The car park is also managed under franchise and costs about £7 per day. Although I can't really recommend this hotel, having seen others in Burgas it would be difficult to recommend any of them! Unless you really need to go to Burgas I would give it a miss altogether.

Das Hotel ist 2 sterne wert, man weiss garnicht wie man anfangen soll zu erzählen. Ich mache es kurz, das Personal weiss garnicht was service heisst, es fängt bei der Reinigung der zimmer an bis hin zum frühstück!!!!!! Frühstück ist alles nach Ostblock aus gelegt. Das beste vom hotel ist, das es sehr Zentral liegt. Aber ich kenne schon viele Hotels in burgas, da ist das hier noch das beste. Die Preisleistung stimmt überhaupt nicht !!!!! Wer kann lässt die finger weg.
