This is the second time we have stayed in a Mercure hotel and it reaffirms my pisitive impression. Everything about the facility was terrific. Location excellent. But, more than all those was the excellent staff. One would be hard pressed to find a five star hotel with better people and considerate service and attention. We shall stay at more Mercure hotels in the future.

Pros- centrally located near train station, museums, theater and main shopping area. Plenty of cafes and eateries near by within walking distances. There are also breakfast room, mini market for some drinks and snacks and a pub at the hotel itself. Staff are friendly overall. Cons- room temperature is too warm eventhough heater has been turned off.
