Between a railway, a highway and industrial estate”
Totally misled: 1. Location is close to Stockholsmassan, but actually between railway, highway and an industrial estate. That means you have to get a taxi everywhere unless you want to walk about 4km. I don't think that would be safe after dark. 2. They have a restaurant, but it is only open for a very basic breakfast and nothing else. There is no other option for food or drink. 3. If you want to use the gym/sauna, you need to book and get key card validated to move between floors. 4. The receptionist caused chaos with taxis, by giving either no booking number or incorrect numbers and caused delays for a number of people. Altogether disappointing, inconvenient and no customer care or service. If you are visiting Stockholsmassan, don't stay here. You would be far better to stay at the Scandic or even Connect in Alvsjo.
