Every staff from host to Caffe host were very accommodating and knowledgeable of their services they can offer . It my second Pullman Hotel on this trip and it’s worth all the efforts. If given a chance in another country in my next trip l will still chose this hotel.

Pullman has a nice sports bar on the 1st floor and attached to a big shopping mall. Very convenient nice hotel!

Continues tp provide an excellent service as always...only criticism would be perhaps provide bath mat as am getting to the age when I find it difficult not get in the bath for a shower and am afraid of slipping ..Please at my next visit could I have a walk in shower if possible. Good to see Mr Ali again . Jan Maurice
