An ok hotel but not deserving of the Hilton name.”
Clean room but over priced for what was in it. Poor design as there was but one space for a suitcase which conflicted with cabinetry opposite. Good breakfast which was extra to the room price. Very helpful staff with special mention to Mr. Mokchin (spelling) for his daily assistance at breakfast. Overall, a 3 star hotel with 4 star pricing. Better book Hilton next door.

Our flight landed early and we were given a room at Ground floor Room 050. The next day we were moved to a higher floor at Level 4. The room was strangely positioned. From the door at the hallway the bed could be seen directly ahead rather than away from direct view so that occupants do not face the door while sleeping. Wifi was super annoying as well. Had great difficulty getting connected as some sort of security warning came popping up. Nevertheless the staff were very helpful in rectifying this issue. Breakfast spread was good although as expected it is the same daily. I would recommend some sort of a menu rotation for the breakfast buffet. Great accesss to public transport, a variety of restaurants and shops. I will stay here again.

We were late to check in at the hotel and my friends arrived earlier than us who are sharing the rooms. I was disappointed to know that the staffs already checked them in and were given rooms in different floors. When I arrived I told them to switch the rooms on the same floor so that we could communicate well but they refused to do it and said there were no rooms available. Actually my friends' names were not included in the booking and not supposed to give rooms before we arrived. I talked to the manager that what they did was totally wrong which is against the hotel policies. What if a stranger mentioned my name and checked them in and when I went into the room, the stranger attacked me who will be responsible for this. I was really mad with the staffs who checked them in and did not abide the hotel rules. Need to train them well.
