Fantastic Hotel but in dire need of a refit ”
I have stayed at this hotel theee times in the past on Business. The staff are super friendly and always offer great service. The only downside of this hotel is that it’s is in dire need of recarpeting. The main dining room where breakfast is servered smells like wet dog and cigarette smoke. All the passages leading to the rooms need recarpeting. The mattresses need replacing too. It’s a wonderful hotel but pleased don’t let it become more run down.

Beautiful Hotel, very friendly and well organised staff! I love staying in this hotel, but the wifi is shocking! Business travellers will get very frustrated with the speed of the wifi! The breakfast dining room needs a refit. Overall, a great hotel! The reception staff and the staff working in the ground floor bar are awesome!

The front desk girl kept us waiting because she said she had not received Agoda confirmation, after an hour she said she received it. When we reached the room cleaning staff were coming out of the room and you couldn’t breath in the room because they used so much air freshener . So they had received the booking but they had not cleaned the room.

The hotel is not 4 or 5 star hotel , it should be 3 stars or below we had to leave on 7 /3/17 and stay in other hotel ( ROYAL AMMAN from 7/3/17 to 10/3/17)

I Took two rooms One in my name and one In my wife Name Audaay ALi from 3/3/17 to 10/7/17 and Abir Al Jawahri from 3/3/17 to 7/3/17 we had to leave on 7/3/17 , 3 days early and stayed in Royal AMMAN
