as above great drinks promos beats any Dublin prices hands down clean and very large rooms very hot in rooms great location near stevens green and grafton street a bit dated regarding furniture but it is a georgan bulding don't expect to get to sleep to early as the disco does go on very late they do give you ear plugs and you will need them to sleep early but if you have ear phones you can fall over with your own music if you like to party this is the place good breakfast in morning sets you up for the day enjoyed our stay would go back no problem

The hotel has two (2) discos that operates all night, sleeping is very difficult . The discos operate every night.
Very very noisy, tatty interior, rubbish beds, it’s a night club with rooms, don’t stay here if you ”

I didn’t realise it was a night club. In terms of location, it was very handy as I work in St Stephens Green East. Anyway when the night went on, it became louder, and as the jivers got more drink. In the end there were police sirens, people singing etc so didn’t get much sleep until about 5am. When I went down for breakfast, the floor downstairs was so sticky. And the doors downstairs were wide open which meant that the dining room was freezing.
